My husband and I are now the proud owners of this 1920's Bungalow! We bought it for investment Purposes! Yes, it needs some TLC... Our first renters will be one of Our daughters and our grandson. We have been scrubbing, cleaning, bleaching...and scrubbing some more. In 2006 someone started the project of upgrading this home. However they started inside out. Needs a new roof, new paint, new flooring and some drywall needs help...and yes new carpet and linoleum...but with scrubbing and scrubbing one can make a place very liveable... I love love older homes...and I am so excited about how cute this one is going to be. And we like our investment properties to be just as nice as a home. There are rental properties out there..and then there are 'Homes for rent'. So click your heals and close your eyes...and repeat... "There's no place like home, there's no place like home....there's no place like home....."
